30 days or your money back

Every cat is different. If the spray isn't right for yours, email hello@vivalevo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll sort out a refund.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
